Shipping and Handling
We offer FREE SHIPPING with all of our mantel clocks, wall clocks, grandfather clocks and cuckoo clocks. Your price includes all handling charges. Depending on where you live, delivery will take one to five business days.
Warranties
Clocks are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offered by TheClockPlace.com. A defective clock will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. All warranties are from date of purchase from TheClockPlace.com. Any claim under these warranties requires proof of original ownership. You must request a return authorization from TheClockPlace.com before shipping the clock for repair or replacement.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your clock for any reason, you may return it within 15 days from the purchase date. Contact us at Support@TheClockPlace.com for return instructions. Clocks must be returned in their original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will post the price of the merchandise to the same credit card you used to make your purchase. If your clock is defective upon receipt, you may make a claim under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement, repair or refund. Contact us at Support@TheClockPlace.com for return instructions. Clocks must be returned in their original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. You must obtain from us at Support@TheClockPlace.com a return authorization number and return instructions before returning merchandise, whatever the reason. All returns must be shipped by UPS ground, freight pre-paid, and insured for the full value.
Taxes TheClockPlace.com does NOT charge sales tax if you reside outside the state of Illinois! If you reside within the state of Illinois, you will be charged an additional 9.5% for sales tax. |
