For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.  The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. Shipping and Handling

The shipping and handing for Hazel grandfather clocks is only $59.95 each. The shipping and handling for Hazel cuckoo clocks is only $19.95 each. These rates are for any destination in the 48 continental United States.  Hazel clocks leave the warehouse in Hazel, KY the next business day by UPS ground.  The shipping and handling for Bradford clocks are based on the UPS ground rates between Weatherly, PA and your location calculated using the rate, weight and location provided by UPS, plus a nominal handling charge.  The shipping and handling for Seth Thomas clocks are based on the UPS ground rates between Cranston, RI and your location calculated using the rate, weight and location provided by UPS, plus a nominal handling charge.  Depending on where you live, it will take 1 to 5 business days for delivery.

Warranties

Clocks are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offered by TheClockPlace.com.  A defective clock will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.  All warranties are from date of purchase from TheClockPlace.com.  Any claim under these warranties requires proof of original ownership. You must request a return authorization from TheClockPlace.com before shipping the clock for repair or replacement.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your clock for any reason, you may return it within 15 days from the purchase date.  Contact us at Support@TheClockPlace.com for return instructions.  Clocks must be returned in their original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.  Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will post the price of the merchandise to the same credit card you used to make your purchase. If your clock is defective upon receipt, you may make a claim under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement, repair or refund.  Contact us at Support@TheClockPlace.com for return instructions.  Clocks must be returned in their original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. You must obtain from us at Support@TheClockPlace.com a return authorization number and return instructions before returning merchandise, whatever the reason. All returns must be shipped by UPS ground, freight pre-paid, and insured for the full value.

Taxes 

TheClockPlace.com does NOT charge sales tax if you reside outside the state of Illinois!  If you reside within the state of Illinois, you will be charged an additional 9% for sales tax.
